CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

"Tom worked with us through the development phase to get a design that we were very excited about.  He listened carefully to what we wanted and did enough options to get to a stunning new design.  He steered his concept through the planning process and was very effective in getting approval.  He could not have been more helpful or patient in the tendering process, helping us to get to the right price with an outstanding contractor. During the execution, he managed the contract to deliver a stunning and beautiful new home.  All of this was done on a fixed price.  I don't know what more we could have asked of him"

"I have a background in construction and project management.  I think I know when someone can deliver what you want and when they are someone that you can work with.  It was obvious to me that Tom had a wider set of skills than most Architects.  He was able to deliver great ideas, he had excellent listening skills and immense patience.  He worked with Parks closely to obtain Planning Permission.  He had excellent knowledge of the contractor market and was good during the execution phase.  He was clear on the quality that he wanted and ensured that the contractor delivered a great build.  We could not be more pleased with the outcome or the way in which Tom worked with us."
