Architect / Architectural Technologist / Technician

This is an opportunity for an architectural designer to further their career within a busy innovative and award winning thriving practice in west Wales

Applicants should meet the following criteria:-

• Have a relevant architectural academic qualification.
• To be professionally qualified or working towards accreditation. Eg CIAT, RIBA, CIOB, RICS, CABE
• Be able to competently prepare 2D technical Building Regulation drawings and specifications and production information for tendering and construction stages.
• Create 3D drawings and renders
• Experienced in AutoCad and ideally sketchup or Revit/3D Max (ideally experience in using NBS Chorus Building Specification and NBS Contract Administration software)

You will be working on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects from Concept to Completion. Projects from Listed/Historic through to ultra contemporary and modern. Using the latest technology and software in our new practice.

We are a small multi Chartered practice - but with many projects currently here in Pembrokeshire but also across the UK.

Your role could include undertaking surveys with us, collaboratively preparing concept and designs, preparing planning and building regulation drawings and specifications, preparing working drawings and undertaking site inspections and project management.

Salary £25,000 - £35,000 commensurate with experience
