VICTORIA INN PROJECT

MICROBREWERY

We've added a new project recently completed to our Commercial Section of our Portfolio.

Victoria Inn pub - we gained planning and building regulations for this exciting project in Roch, near Newgale. A new traditional barn style B&B has been built on the ruins of an old stone barn. We then extended the footprint to allow for a new two storey microbrewery with large viewing windows, timber cladding and lead roof. The use of aluminium glazing adds to the high quality specification and build quality.

There is an internal viewing platform/mezzanine to view the brewery in full swing.

The pub and restaurant has been extended and phase II will see the pub being extended with a two storey glazed wing.
