The existing property was to undergo sympathetic renovation and refurbishment with some internal remodeling. The two storey side extension is to be demolished and replaced with a two storey subservient contemporary/legible modern lightweight extension. Its juxtaposition will communicate within its context and add much needed living and bedroom accommodation, whilst preserving and enhancing the host dwelling.
