Kinver Kreations were appointed by Milford Haven Port Authority [MHPA] to design and obtain full Planning Approval and Building Regulation Approval for this large purpose designed/built Fabrication hall in Pembroke Dock. We also tendered the scheme.

Constructed in 2013 to a high specification, this 22,023ft2

(2,046m2) fabrication hall in Pembroke Port offers a unique
opportunity. It is in close proximity to the region’s petrochemical
industry and its associated supply chain as well as being at the
heart of the burgeoning renewables industry.
