Swimming Pool Building Dinas

Construction of a new Detached Swimming Pool Building.

Completed and 2016 and constructed in the rear garden of the wonderful home in Dinas, Pembrokeshire.

The pool building is about 20x7m and has an indoor skimmer pool of about 9.5m x 4.5m with plant room, changing room, shower room and toilet.

Plus an inside sitting/relaxing area, the floor tiles will continue out through the slanted apex glazed inset gable end to a raised deck area, which will house the hot tub.

Landscaping around will create a discrete pool building.

There is a large aluminium glazed saddle lantern over the pool for great views of the sky and solar gains.

Triple glazing, super insulation timber clad structure makes this an almost passive house low impact highly sustainable structure.
